By accessing and using the services of Politeia Soft S.L. ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Politeia Soft. We recommend reading them carefully before using any of our services.
2Description of Services
Politeia Soft develops and operates the following SaaS products, each subject to these terms:

Automatic PDF document anonymisation with GDPR compliance
Politeia HR
HR software: payroll, leave and employee portal
Facturatum
Invoicing software compliant with Spanish 2026 regulations
SAD
End-to-end Home Care Service management
Horentia
Intelligent control and management of worked time
Tiquetum
Private ticketing and customer support platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with prior notice.
3User Accounts
3.1 Registration and Responsibilities
To use certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Keeping your access credentials confidential
- Immediately notifying any unauthorised use of your account
- All activity that occurs under your account

5.1 Ownership and Licences
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to:
- Process your documents according to your specifications
- Temporarily store content for processing
- Provide technical support when needed
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the content you upload, its legality and obtaining any necessary rights. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
6Privacy and Data Protection
Protecting your privacy is fundamental to us. Our practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
By using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and accept our data collection and use practices under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD.
7Intellectual Property

Politeia Soft and its licensors retain all rights to our services, including:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our services in accordance with these terms.
8Payments and Billing
Pricing and Billing
Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable except under a refund policy.
Taxes
You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes related to the use of our services.
Suspension for Non-Payment
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access if corresponding payments are not received.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Politeia Soft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months
- We do not guarantee that our services will be free of errors or interruptions
- We are not responsible for content you process or decisions you make based on our services
These limitations do not apply to damages caused by gross negligence or intentional breach of these terms.
10Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". Politeia Soft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply in all cases.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Politeia Soft, its directors, employees and agents from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Content you upload or process
12Termination
12.1 By the User
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
12.2 By Politeia Soft
We may suspend or cancel your access at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent use, illegal activities or non-payment.
Upon termination of these terms, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may delete or deactivate your account and associated content.
13Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of our services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, unless applicable law requires another jurisdiction.
14Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately after publication on our website.
We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
15General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Politeia Soft.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Failure to exercise any right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
