Politeia Soft joins Anthropic’s Claude for Startups program

Politeia Soft is part of Anthropic’s Claude for Startups program. Anthropic is the company behind the Claude family of AI models, and the program brings together startups that build their products, and the way they work, on top of Claude.

For a team like ours, building software for municipalities, public bodies and companies, it is both a recognition and a commitment: to keep bringing the best available AI into how we build software, with sound judgement and proper safeguards.

What Claude for Startups is

Claude for Startups is Anthropic’s program for early-stage companies working with its models. Its goal is to help those startups get the most out of Claude and ship better-built products sooner.

Being part of the program brings us closer to Anthropic’s ecosystem and to how its models evolve, which is especially valuable for a small company competing on quality with much larger vendors.

How we use Claude at Politeia Soft

At Politeia Soft we use Claude as an engineering tool, inside our development process:

• Design and architecture: weighing technical options and reviewing decisions before implementing them.
• Coding: speeding up new features and keeping the codebase maintainable, for example with Claude Code.
• Review and quality: support for code reviews, bug detection and test coverage.
• Documentation: keeping our products’ technical and functional documentation up to date.

Everything the AI produces goes through human review before it reaches production. Claude multiplies what our team can do, but the decisions about our software, and the responsibility for it, remain ours.

What does not change: our customers’ data

Using Claude in development does not mean our customers’ data is sent to Claude. Our products keep working exactly as before:

• Anonimatum keeps processing documents with local AI in the EU.
• Facturatum, Tiquetum, Horentia, Politeia HR and SAD do not share customer data with Anthropic.
• We continue to operate under our ENS Medium category certification and our Information Security Policy.

For public bodies and companies handling personal or sensitive data, this separation matters: AI helps us build better software, while data processing follows the same GDPR and ENS rules as always.

What it means for our customers

• Faster delivery: new features and improvements reach our products sooner.
• Higher quality: more time spent on testing, review and security, less on repetitive work.
• More agile custom projects: in bespoke development we can prototype and validate earlier with each customer.
• The same safeguards: no change in where or how data is processed.
