Cementerium
Municipal cemetery management
Cementerium is Politeia Soft's application for managing municipal cemeteries. It covers plots, funeral rights, operations and the register book, and publishes a map and a public portal. Each cemetery is isolated: access is granted by role within that cemetery, not across the whole municipality.
Main features
Plots and states
Niches, graves and mausoleums with capacity, occupancy, state and position on the map. Creation, state changes and full history.
Funeral rights
Ownership and validity, with renewal, transfer, waiver and extinction, plus the expiry notices required by the contract.
Operations and register book
Burials, cremations, transfers and re-interments with their real effect on occupancy and the plot. Register export to PDF and XLSX.
Map and cartography
Schematic map of the cemetery by zones and divisions, with the position of each plot. Coordinates available for a geographic layer.
Public portal
Public search by the name of the deceased. Only name and location are shown, and only when the record is publishable.
Isolation per cemetery
Each person enters with their role in one specific cemetery (admin, management or read-only). A municipality with several cemeteries does not see the others' data.
